Make choice of terminal app configurable

I guess this is for Mac users in particular - but the ability to configure the preferred terminal application would be a useful feature (e.g iTerm2 rather then Apple's Terminal)

Hello, this should be suitable also for Windows users. We also have more terminal apps. F.e. powershell or git-shell
