Webpage widget: a copied link address don't paste into a Note widget

How to reproduce:

1. Open a context menu for a link in Webpage widget
2. Select "Copy link address"
3. Paste into a Note widget

It doesn't paste into a Note widget, however it pastes into another app.
When a text was copied from another app, it pastes ok into a Note widget.
